Introduction

We specialise in the supply of conveyor belt vulcanising repair products in wuxi, China. The conveyor belt vulcanising machine is suitable for splicing and repairing the EP conveyor belt,NN conveyor belt, rubber conveyor belt and Steel cord belt, etc.


The vulcanization method is also called hot vulcanization method. It is a cloth layer and a rubber layer which are part of the belt joint, and are cut into a symmetrical difference level according to a certain form and angle, that is, a step shape. It is coated with glue to bond it, and then heated for a certain period of time under a certain pressure and temperature. After the vulcanization reaction, the raw rubber is turned into vulcanized rubber, thereby obtaining a higher bonding strength of the joint portion. The hot vulcanization method can make the tensile strength of the conveyor belt joints reach 85% to 90% of the original belts.

The vulcanising machine is composed of the following parts.

Quality control

1. Control the quality of the raw materials from the raw material sources;

2. During the heating sheet production process, the multimeter assists in measuring the resistance value, etc.;

3. After the sintering is finished, measure whether the temperature distribution of the heating plate is uniform, etc;

4. Measure the resistance value, and test the water pressure and machine frame before leaving the factory.


Maintenance of Vulcanizer

Before operating the vulcanizer, the insulation resistance of heating plates should be checked. If it is too low, the heating plates should be dried by energized until the insulation value is up 50mΩ to meet the operation requirement.


During the operation or transportation, the equipments should be handled lightly.

If carry the field operation task, the waterproof methods should be prepared in advance to avoid the equipments being spoiled.


After usage of the vulcanizer, it should be kept in the storehouse under the condition of less than 85% of relative humidity, and keep air circulation to avoid the erosion by rain or snow. Put the sleepers under the vulcanizer to avoid laying it on the ground directly, which is forbidden.
